Start Living Today

Start living well. Positive thoughts and actions can put you on the path to success and make choices that build your confidence and strength. I'm learning now to enjoy my life and devote my time and effort to activities that are meaningful to me. Not saying that my life is grand, and I don't have days where I allow negative thoughts to get the best of me. Each day I try to learn how to make lemons into lemonade. Start clarifying your purpose, set concrete goals, and block out time for your top priorities. Looking on the bright side can help you and maybe keeping a gratitude journal to remind yourself of the many blessings, whether big or small, that are happening in your life.

When focusing on what I have to gain, you can see opportunities to take a worthwhile risk and stay active. Now that I am in the life of being an entrepreneur, I can see how God can use me in a way that keeps me from worrying about where I am at right now. The road may not be easy, but it is worth it at the end of the day. I'm learning to manage stress and I distinguish between the things that I can change and the things that I need to accept. There are a few things that you can do to start living well. Maybe you can take some of these and start making changes to help you with the lifestyle that will help the well-being of not only yourself but others around you too. Serving others can give me a sense of connection and accomplishment and practice my faith. Let's start living the life that we desire instead of talking about it.

Things you can do to start living well:

-Relax by drinking tea or listening to soft music

-Spend time with family and friends

-Express my feelings

-Allow others to get to know me

-Volunteer in your community

Speak these words today:

"Today, I take care of my mental, spiritual, and physical health. I invest in myself, so I can live the life I want."

Self-Reflection Questions:

1. How does my thinking affect my experiences?

2. How can doing less help me to live well?

3. What kind of legacy do I want to build?

Be Fearless in these streets.
